Q: How long does it take to bring over a foreign worker?
A: The immigration process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks or more depending on the work program and requirements of the respective foreign emabassy and consulate. Some work visas such as the J-1 and H-2B visas have a shorter processing time and can be processed within a few weeks.
Q: What happens if the employee supplied by your agency does not work out?
A: If the employee voluntarily leaves, or is discharged by the Client within 60 days from the date employment or
contract work commences for reasons other than corporate restructure, Caribbean Job Network will uphold a
replacement at no additional charge. The replacement credit will never expire and can be utilized on any future hire.
